Vestavia Bowl Party Guidelines:
A $50.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is REQUIRED at the time of reservation. No Exceptions.
Parties last for 2 hours only. Your party must be completed within the 2 hours, no exceptions. Lanes will be turned on and off at the scheduled time.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. You will have 15 minutes to vacate your lanes when party is complete.
For each lane that is reserved that is not used and not cancelled, you will be charged $30.00 per unused lane. No Exceptions.
Please notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled party time if you need to change your number of lanes.
Outside food, beverage & ice cream are NOT allowed. (Cake, candles & goodie bags ARE allowed.)
